It’s been a triumphant summer for us here at Locum’s Nest HQ. In this short period of time, we’ve been quite busy – to say the very least. The reason? We’ve been working day in and day out to launch our clever, award-winning tech solution in four new NHS Trusts, including a mental health Trust, as well as in the largest private medical slimming group in the country, providing locums with increased flexibility of work scope and workload.

These new partnerships take the total number of organisations working with Locum’s Nest to 180, covering a patient population of at least 10 million. Already, the combined estimated savings from these newly added NHS Trusts working with the platform could be in excess of £20 million in the first year alone.

Nicholas Andreou, Co-Founder of Locum’s Nest says, “We are going through a period of rapid expansion as word spreads of our partners’ successes, we have secured seven NHS Trusts already in 2019 alone.

“The digitisation of recruiting and managing temporary staff is no longer a distant techno-dream, it’s here, it’s happening, and Trusts are seeing huge benefits, financial and otherwise.

“Our technology ensures more shifts are filled, more often and more efficiently – it’s that simple. This leads to time saved, money saved, and most importantly, outcomes improved for patients.

“These Trusts will, like all our existing partners, save millions of pounds each year, all of which can be put to better use hiring more nurses and doctors, updating equipment or offering new services – saving our NHS!”

Here’s a little bit about our new partners…
