social media and marketing manager 

Location : London

Our growing and award winning health-tech startup is seeking to hire an experienced and highly talented Social Media and Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for developing our social media strategy, creating original and creative written content, analysing usage data, facilitating customer service and managing events, projects and campaigns. You should have excellent communication skills, an eye for detail and be able to express our company’s brand in a relevant and original way.

As we are still growing as a team, we welcome someone who is ambitious, intuitive, full of fresh ideas and ready to get involved in all aspects of the company.

 

Some challenges you’ll tackle:

  • Develop and implement a social media marketing strategy and schedule

  • Manage a budget for paid traditional and social media marketing

  • Be actively engaged with the online community

  • Suggest and implement new activities to develop brand awareness

  • Build out new campaigns based on learnings and opportunities for growth across social channels

  • Set up and maintain mailshot campaigns

  • Write engaging blog posts, articles and content to accompany design assets

  • Plan and organise events

 

What we would like from you:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience developing written content and managing social accounts

  • Demonstrable experience with social media platforms, including, but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn etc

  • Hands on experience in content management

  • Experience in setting up and maintaining campaigns

  • Experience in growing and managing presence online

  • Excellent copywriting skills

  • Ability to deliver creative and high-quality written content

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Analytical and multitasking skills

  • English Literature degree or equivalent
