Customer Success/Solutions Lead 🌟

Location: UK, flexible (with travel across NHS partner sites)

As a Customer Solutions Lead, you will be the strategic advisor, change catalyst, and trusted partner for our NHS clients, ensuring they achieve exceptional outcomes through our platform.

You’ll take full ownership of the customer journey post-contract: leading onboarding, driving value through smart use of our technology, and helping clients embed transformational change in their organisations. You will act as the voice of the customer internally, championing their needs and co-creating tailored solutions with our cross-functional teams.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about healthcare, driven by outcomes, and thrives on building long-term, trust-based relationships with NHS stakeholders.

🔑 What You’ll Be Doing.

🤝 Partnering for Success

  • Establish and maintain strategic, trust-based relationships with executive and operational leaders within NHS Trusts and healthcare providers

  • Act as a dedicated advisor to each customer, aligning our solutions to their strategic priorities and challenges

  • Ensure customer success throughout the customer journey

🚀 Driving Implementation & Change

  • Lead the onboarding and adoption process post-contract, ensuring smooth and timely implementation of the Locum’s Nest solution

  • Facilitate change management, engaging and empowering client teams to embrace new ways of working

🔍 Understanding & Advising

  • Become an expert on each organisation’s internal landscape, strategic goals, and workforce pressures

  • Use data, insights, and real-time feedback to identify meaningful ways to optimise outcomes, reduce agency spend, and improve staff engagement

📈 Creating Value & Growth

  • Proactively surface new opportunities for value - from strategic initiatives to product solutions - and work with internal teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, Insights) to deliver

  • Collaborate with Sales to craft tailored proposals for additional product offerings and service expansions

  • Identify and mitigate risks early through deep client relationships and continuous engagement

🎓 Experience & Background.

  • 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Partnership roles, ideally in a B2B SaaS, healthtech or healthcare environment

  • Experience working with or alongside the NHS or public sector is highly desirable

  • Proven track record of leading complex customer engagements and delivering value-driven outcomes
