We had the pleasure of speaking with Bernadette Thompson OBE, Director of People and Culture at North Middlesex University Hospital and Community Services, part of the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust. As an experienced people and culture leader whose career has spanned the Civil Service, across a number of Government Departments to name a few, the Treasury, Home Office, Ministry of Justice, Cabinet Office and now the NHS, Bernadette shares some insights in creating a good working culture for NHS workforce.
