In the last month, we’ve seen a number of great initiatives to support our NHS people during the Covid-19 pandemic. It’s been an exciting start to the year here at Locum’s Nest as in only two weeks we have launched in 3 new NHS Foundation Trusts and nearly 100 GP Practices, providing clinicians using Locum’s Nest with increased flexibility of work scope and workload.

Through our vision to, at last, have one NHS, one staff bank, it really feels that every day we’re getting one step closer to breaking down the barriers of silo NHS organisations competing with each other for the best talent. We are seeing genuine movement and interest from leaders within the NHS towards this collaborative approach.

For a company which is just three years old, winning a single award this year would have made me very proud. As we finish 2019, Locum’s Nest has won not just one award, but four. It’s not why we do what we do, but my god it feels good!
